RESOURCES - County-level Small Business Relief Programs in response to COVID-19

In addition to the various State and Federal COVID-19 Small Business Relief Programs, Maryland Counties have their own loan and / or grant programs with varying requirements for eligibility or acceptable use of funds or both. Some County programs are just getting started (e.g., Calvert County) while others are about to end. Some, like Calvert County, have funds earmarked specifically for Sole Proprietor businesses. Others, for example Cecil County, require "at least two Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) non-owner employees." You must be able to demonstrate that your business is based in the County from which you operate, not where you live.
